The Museum Society of Montenegro is a professional association that brings together museum professionals
The association was established at the end of 2020 with the aim of improving working conditions for museum professionals, contributing to the advancement of museology and the museum profession, working on changes and improvements to legislation related to the museum profession, establishing cooperation with similar associations and institutions from abroad, and facilitating communication between museums, museum workers, and institutions dealing with the protection of cultural heritage in Montenegro.

Workshops
We periodically organize various educational workshops for museum and cultural workers in Montenegro.
Projects
We participate in relevant projects independently or in partnership with other associations.
Round tables
We are a regular participant and occasional organizer of regional round tables related to the museum profession.
Support
We provide professional support to all female and male colleagues employed in the museum profession.
